Special Notes:
- 10 person occupancy limit
- $120 cleaning fee per rental
- Dogs allowed, but no cats please
- 50% deposit along with signed rental agreement required to hold rental. Balance due 90 days in advance
- 9.875% tax on all rentals (6.875% MN state tax, 3.0% Ely Area Lodging Tax)
- Payment by check or credit card must be received in full before rental.
